SRES Retained by the Atlanta Public Schools
SRES in partnership with Carter & Associates has been retained by the Atlanta Public Schools to manage the development process for the construction of a 275,000 square foot central office building in downtown Atlanta. Projected development cost of the facility is $40,000,000. Development management services include site due diligence, preparation of a development budget and schedule, development of a preliminary architectural and schematic design program, preparation of a detailed construction budget and schedule, and development of a financing program and strategy.
